This Privacy Notice explains how the ZYKEVO website handles personal information when a business visitor browses the site, sends a project requirement or contacts us using a published communication channel.

Who is responsible for the information

This website and the ZYKEVO brand are operated by ZYKEVO Industries (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., registered at No. 26-32, Renmin Road, Shilou Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou, China. The company is also the contracting entity for ZYKEVO quotations, pro forma invoices, order confirmations and supply agreements. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@zykevo.com.

Information you provide

The enquiry form requires your name, company, country, a contact method and a short requirement. It may also collect your email address, WhatsApp number, buyer type, application, UPS type, capacity, electrical information, backup time, battery direction, quantity, destination, expected timeline and other technical or commercial project details. Information sent through email, WhatsApp, Telegram or WeChat depends on what you choose to include.

Technical information

Hosting and security systems may receive an IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamps and diagnostic or security logs. The enquiry endpoint temporarily uses an IP address to limit abnormal repeat submissions. That in-memory rate-limit record expires after approximately ten minutes and is not used for advertising or profiling.

Why information is used

We use information to:

• review and respond to a requested B2B project;
• assess product direction, UPS and battery matching, runtime inputs, documentation, OEM scope, destination and delivery requirements;
• prepare and discuss a proposal or possible supply arrangement;
• protect the website and enquiry channel from abuse;
• maintain records reasonably needed for quotations, orders, repeat supply, compliance, accounting or dispute handling; and
• meet applicable legal obligations.

Processing is based on your request and consent, steps taken in response to a possible business transaction, legitimate security and business record interests, and legal obligations where applicable. We do not use the enquiry form to subscribe you automatically to a marketing newsletter.

Required and optional fields

Required fields are marked on the form. We need enough identity, contact and project information to respond. Other fields are optional, but missing electrical or application information may prevent a meaningful product or compatibility review.

Who may process the information

Information is available only where reasonably needed to handle the enquiry. This may include authorised ZYKEVO personnel, relevant selected suppliers or technical resources when a project requires their review, and service providers supporting the website and email delivery. Vercel hosts the website and Resend delivers the enquiry email. The receiving business mailbox retains the delivered message. If you choose WhatsApp, Telegram or WeChat, the selected platform processes the communication under its own privacy terms.

We do not sell personal information. Project details are not shared with unrelated parties for their independent advertising.

International processing

ZYKEVO coordinates supply from China and uses service providers that may process information in other countries or regions. This means information may be transferred outside the country where it was submitted. Where applicable law requires a specific transfer mechanism or safeguard, it must be addressed according to the actual parties, destination and processing arrangement.

Retention

Enquiry emails and related business correspondence are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, prepare or administer a quotation or order, support repeat supply, meet legal or accounting duties, or establish and defend legal claims. Retention therefore depends on whether an enquiry progresses into a transaction. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements. Hosting and email providers may keep limited logs under their own retention settings and policies.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 only after you choose to accept analytics cookies. Before that choice, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. We do not use Google Ads, advertising cookies or behavioural profiling in this website implementation.

After consent, Google Analytics may process pseudonymous usage data such as page paths, device or browser category, interaction events and referral information under Google's own terms. Our custom events are designed not to send enquiry names, email addresses, phone or WhatsApp numbers, countries, requirement text or other form contents. Basic hosting, network and security logs may still be generated when pages are requested.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask whether we hold your personal information and request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy. You may withdraw consent or object to certain processing. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for an existing transaction or legal claim. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority responsible for your location.

Send a request from a contact method we can reasonably verify to info@zykevo.com. We may ask for limited information needed to confirm identity and protect project records from unauthorised disclosure.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the website and enquiry channel. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so do not submit passwords, payment-card data or information unrelated to the project.

Business users and children

This is a B2B industrial website for company representatives. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly request personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes and contact
