These Terms of Use apply to access to and use of the ZYKEVO website. The website is intended for business users evaluating UPS, battery, replacement, OEM and related backup-power supply requirements. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not rely on or use the website.

Website operator and contracting entity

The website and the ZYKEVO brand are operated by ZYKEVO Industries (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., registered at No. 26-32, Renmin Road, Shilou Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou, China. This company is the contracting entity for ZYKEVO quotations, pro forma invoices, order confirmations and supply agreements. ZYKEVO is not represented on this website as the owner of every manufacturing process.

Information only — no online sale or offer

This website organises product directions, application questions and enquiry information. It does not provide a shopping cart, accept online payment, create a binding quotation or automatically accept an order. Sending an enquiry does not require either party to proceed. A supply commitment exists only when the authorised parties confirm it in writing.

Models, specifications and availability

Product-family pages do not confirm an exact model. Specifications, ratings, dimensions, battery arrangements, compatibility, availability, certification, warranty, manuals and shipping documents must be confirmed in writing for the selected model, configuration and destination. “To be confirmed by model” and similar wording is an intentional project boundary, not a product specification.

Project selection and technical responsibility

Website content is general B2B guidance and is not a substitute for a site survey, electrical design, protection study, installation plan or review by a qualified local professional. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate application, load, voltage, runtime, environment and destination information. Product selection remains subject to review of the complete project requirement.

UPS batteries, runtime and lithium upgrades

Runtime depends on the verified load, complete battery configuration, battery condition, UPS losses, charger limits, operating settings, temperature and ageing assumptions. Website content is not a site-specific runtime guarantee.

A high-voltage lithium battery must not be selected from UPS power alone. UPS model, DC bus voltage, battery quantity and voltage range, charging voltage and current, BMS communication, protection, installation environment and applicable standards must be reviewed. Installation, commissioning and modification must be performed by appropriately qualified parties.

Local compliance and site work

The project parties must define responsibility for local codes, permits, site survey, electrical protection, installation, commissioning, maintenance, training and after-sales service. A product or document available for one destination must not be assumed suitable for another. Certification and shipping documentation are confirmed according to the selected model and destination.

Quotations, orders and delivery

Price, currency, quantity, payment, tax, production timing, inspection, packing, Incoterms, shipment, title, risk, warranty and responsibilities are valid only when stated in an authorised written commercial document. Availability and lead time may change until an order is accepted. Conflicting buyer documents do not amend an accepted agreement unless the authorised parties agree in writing.

OEM, labels and buyer-supplied material

OEM and white-label work requires written confirmation of scope, minimum quantities, artwork, model identity, compliance markings, packaging and responsibility for brand or regulatory claims. A buyer submitting names, logos, artwork or other materials confirms that it has the right to use them and that the requested use does not infringe another party’s rights.

Images, documents and intellectual property

Neutral illustrations and placeholders are not representations of confirmed models, inventory, factories or customer projects. Verified product images should be identified by actual model and source. Website text, layout and original graphics may not be republished, scraped for resale or presented as another company’s content without permission. Product names and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• interfere with the website, forms or security controls;
• submit malicious code, false identities or unlawful content;
• use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems, messages or information; or
• use website content to make a false product or company claim.

Third-party services and communications

Links to email, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Their availability, security and terms are controlled by the relevant provider. The Privacy Notice explains how information submitted through the website is handled.

Website availability and disclaimer

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but the website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that every page will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular project. Do not make a purchase, installation or safety decision solely from unconfirmed website information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZYKEVO and the website operator are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from website use or reliance on unconfirmed information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability connected with an accepted supply transaction is governed by its written commercial agreement.

These website terms may be updated when the site or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be published here. Governing law and dispute resolution for a supply transaction are stated in its accepted written agreement; these website terms do not replace that agreement.
