Customer situation
- A few racks support essential servers, storage, networks or security systems.
- The customer may need shutdown time, generator bridging or longer continuity.
Load and runtime
- Measure the operating load where possible; do not size from UPS kVA alone.
- Separate present load, expected growth and redundancy allowance.
- Define the runtime objective before selecting battery capacity.
UPS architecture
- Single-phase online UPS is common for smaller single-phase rooms.
- Three-phase input/output or larger loads may point to a TITAN direction.
- Bypass, distribution, generator and shutdown behavior require review.
Battery configuration
- Internal batteries may suit short backup objectives.
- External cabinets require charger, cable, protection and recharge review.
- Lithium applies only after DC voltage, charger, BMS and protection confirmation.
